The public-domain and openly licensed tune catalog is not a paid feature. Pro charges for teaching tools, grading and unlimited tune identification.
Lifetime
Session Whistle Pro is also offered through Apple as Session Whistle Pro Lifetime, a one-time in-app purchase at US$6.99 that does not renew. It covers the on-device Pro features described in the app, for as long as Session Whistle is offered on the App Store and supports your device. It does not include account services with ongoing costs, such as typed coach answers, or future services with ongoing per-use costs; if offered, those are available by subscription or sold separately. Lifetime stays with the Apple Account that bought it and can be restored with Restore Purchases.
Subscription
Session Whistle Pro is offered at US$9.99 per month or US$59.99 per year. Eligible annual subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan has no advertised trial. Prices and eligibility shown by Apple at purchase are authoritative. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings.
Founding members on an earlier product keep their original product and price while that subscription remains eligible.
Learning guidance
Microphone and coach feedback are learning aids and may abstain when confidence is low. They are not a substitute for a teacher or hearing-health professional.
